Documentation is where most K-Beauty shipments get stuck. The wrong HS code, a missing certificate, a Certificate of Origin without the right stamp, and your container sits at port while you pay storage by the day.
We handle this internally for every order. Our team has been preparing Korean cosmetics export paperwork since 2015. We know what each market wants, where the common mistakes happen, and what to do when customs asks a question.
If your customs broker has a specific format request, send it over before the shipment moves. We will prepare the documents in the exact layout they need.

Certificate of Origin: Issued through KOTRA Form A when applicable, or chamber-stamped.
Brand certifications: Per-SKU certifications such as FDA, CPNP, Halal, and vegan attached to the shipment file.
HS code accuracy: Verified by product category to prevent customs reclassification and unexpected duty.
